Your session is officially booked when payment is received AND a contract is signed. All contracts, photo releases, and invoices are sent via email.
Payment:
Payment can be made by credit card via the invoice link I send to clients, or cash/check. Payment must be received prior to receiving proofs and is due at the time of your session. A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to secure a time and date.
Photo release:
Clients are asked to sign a photo release to allow their photos on the website and my social media channels. All promotional sessions require a release. For sessions where a release is optional, I retain copyright regardless of release but will not post your images if you request they remain private. You can view the photo release here.
Cooperation:
The success of your session is dependent upon your cooperation.
Rescheduling:
I will gladly reschedule for weather-related problems, national protests, or acts of God. I will generally contact you in advance if weather is going to be questionable. If something else comes up, for example, a sick child, please let me know as soon as possible to determine the best course of action. Most times of year, I am able to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Cancellations for non-emergency reasons without notice/no shows are subject to the session fee.
