Yorktown High School in Arlington, VA: Class of 2018 Senior Session

I met this beautiful senior and her mom down in Old Town Alexandria for a senior photo session on a perfect night.  It's a lucky day in August when there's a pleasant breeze and temps max out at 80!  Have a wonderful senior year!

The Fun of Two: A Ft. Ward Park Birthday Session

I last photographed this little guy about a year ago, and when his mom contacted me about a session for his birthday, I was super excited to see him again!

We explored Ft. Ward Park and saw airplanes and trucks and rocks and cannons and all kinds of cool stuff.  Enjoy being two!

Fall is Coming: Potomac Overlook Park Family Session

A Happy Heart: Sunflower Session

The anniversary of my daughter's open heart surgery is always cause for celebration.  This year, for heart day #6, we went to Burnside Farms and played in the sunflowers.

Wakefield Senior 2018: Old Town Alexandria

Class of 2018 sessions have officially begun!  I'll be photographing the class of 2018 through June, but contact me ASAP to get on my schedule.

We had a great time in Old Town.  For a senior who loves history, there's something magic about cobblestone streets, the waterfront, and the brick townhomes.  We started at Carlyle House and walked all over the place, with lots of laughter.

I love this stage in life - figuring out next steps, picking a college, getting ready to soar!
